In order to live in University Housing, a student must be registered at the University and must be at least 17 years of age at the time of commencement of his/her residence hall occupancy. Requests for exceptions to the minimum age requirement may be submitted to University Housing Services for review by the director. Beginning on February 14, 2017 at 8:30 a.m., newly admitted students for the Fall 2017 semester can begin the University Housing online application process and submit their contracts through the online portal. While there is no deadline for submitting the university housing contract, admission to the University does not guarantee a space in on-campus housing.
Visit the housing/dining portal.
Once you have logged into the portal, select Housing and Dining Application at the top of the portal homepage to begin.
Follow the first steps to complete your housing and dining contract as well as make your initial payment. You will need a credit or debit card to pay your initial payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards. A payment confirmation can be printed after submitting your initial payment.
During the first steps you will also have the opportunity to apply for a Themed Living-Learning Community and develop your roommate profile. We strongly encourage you to complete the roommate profile as it will assist the assignments staff in finding a suitable roommate match.
Once you have completed the first steps available in the application portal, you will receive an e-mail in mid-May directing you to the Housing & Dining Portal to view your room assignment and complete the final application steps.

The Housing & Dining portal will be unavailable from January 31, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. to February 14, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. for maintenance.
Housing application portal available.
Priority filing date for housing contracts. All students who submit their contract and initial payment on or before April 1 will receive a random online selection date. Those who submit after this date will receive an online date or be manually assigned a room by housing staff.
Online room selection communication sent. Notification letters are sent via email and may also be viewed on the Housing & Dining Portal.
Themed Living-Learning Community selection. Priority time frame for all qualified students with online selection dates to select spaces in TLLC floors.
Fall 2017 new incoming students with online selection dates can select rooms online after the given online selection date.
