Summer Housing is available to students attending classes during the summer and participants of workshops sponsored by Illinois State University.
Summer housing for 2017 will be available beginning Sunday, May 14 and ending Friday, August 11. University Housing Services offers a limited number of spaces on a “first-come, first-served” basis in designated residence halls during the summer session. Most rooms are double occupancy. The availability of single rooms is dependent on space demands. A mandatory meal plan will be required during dining availability.
Summer housing is located in Hewett and Manchester Halls. This is an air-conditioned residential area with two towers located on the east side of campus. Floors are co-ed floors with three bathrooms per floor (designated male or female). Summer housing floors are quiet lifestyle. Resnet is available in the summer. All residence halls are nonsmoking.
Residents must provide their own bed linens, towels, wastebasket, and personal items. Students who bring cars may arrange for parking through the Office of Parking and Transportation (309) 438-8391.
Room assignments will be available upon check-in at the Hewett and Manchester Halls Front Desk on the beginning date of the contract period.
