Campus Connections

Campus Connections is a channel that features information and promotional slides and runs continually on televisions in the lobbies of the residence halls and Cardinal Court buildings. The opportunity to post slides on Campus Connections is open to university departments and registered student organizations (RSOs) free of charge.


  • Only campus departments or RSOs may advertise with Campus Connections. Slides may not promote external companies, products, or political campaigns.
  • Slides will only be allowed to run for a max of ten days. Please keep this in mind by providing a start and finish date related to an event.
  • Slides must measure 1654 pixels wide by 982 pixels high (landscape).
  • Slides must be submitted as a jpeg or pdf file.
  • Simply-designed slides with basic fonts and minimal text are the easiest to read.
  • All slides must contain a method for contacting the department/RSO (phone, email, or website).
  • Requests must be submitted at least five business days in advance of when you would like your slide to run.

Submitting a Request

Please email your submission to Hillary Campos, Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications, at We will review all submissions and request changes if needed. If requested changes are not made, we have the right to deny the request. Our Marketing GA will respond to all submissions with a status of their request (approved or denied).
