In order to live in University Housing, a student must be registered at the University and must be at least 17 years of age at the time of commencement of their residence hall occupancy. Requests for exceptions to the minimum age requirement may be submitted to University Housing Services for review by the director. Beginning February 8, 2022 at 8:30 a.m., newly admitted students for the Fall and Summer 2022 semester can begin the University Housing online application process and submit their contracts through the online portal. While there is no deadline for submitting the university housing contract, there are important priority dates you should review below. Admission to the University does not guarantee a space in on-campus housing.
Beginning February 8 at 8:30 a.m., visit the housing/dining portal.
Once you have logged into the portal, select Manage Your Housing & Dining at the top of the portal homepage to begin.
Follow the first steps to complete your housing and dining contract as well as make your initial payment. You will need a credit or debit card to pay your initial payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards. A payment confirmation can be printed after submitting your initial payment.
During the first steps you will also have the opportunity to develop your roommate profile and opt in to roommate matching. it is important to complete your profile and opt into roommate matching if you wish to select your roommate. Additionally, you can apply for a Themed Living-Learning Community.
In mid-June, you will receive information regarding your room assignment.
New Fall and Summer 2022 Students
Housing application portal available for new students at 8:30 a.m. Students can sign contracts, submit initial payments, indicate living-learning preferences, and complete roommate profiles.
First time in college students who file their housing contract by and including May 1 will receive a randomized online room selection date and will be eligible to participate in roommate matching. Students who file their contract after May 1 will be assigned by housing staff after the online room selection process has closed. Required Transfer students who file by and including May 1 will be eligible to enter a randomized drawing of 100 online room seleciton dates for Cardinal Court.
Notification of online room selection dates for new first time in college students and 100 required transfer students. Dates are randomized by the online system.
