Cardinal Court
Overview
Cardinal Court houses 994 undergraduate students (primarily sophomores, though juniors and seniors can request to live in, too) in 227 furnished apartments. It provides a unique opportunity to experience apartment-style living with the benefits of living in university-owned housing, including:
- No landlord/leases - Your contract is through the University, for returning students, this is similar to how you signed up for your residence hall room freshman year
- Higher security than off-campus living
- Access to all University Housing Services staff members - You can count on an Area Coordinator, Complex Coordinator, and Community Assistants similar to the residence halls, these staff members are here to guarantee your success on-campus
- Financial stability - Your payment, just like when living in the residence hall, is handled through the University, not a third-party, bank, or personal account
- Birch Hall and Fir Hall have 4x4 room types and 2x2 single room types
- Cypress Hall, Dogwood Hall, and Evergreen Hall have 4x2 room types, 2x2 triple room types, and 3x2 room types
