Cardinal Court houses 894 undergraduate students (primarily sophomores, though juniors and seniors can request to live in, too) in 227 furnished apartments. It provides a unique opportunity to experience apartment-style living with the benefits of living in university-owned housing, including:
No landlord/leases - Your contract is through the University, for returning students, this is similar to how you signed up for your residence hall room freshman year
Fewer guest policies than residence halls with higher security than off-campus living
Access to all University Housing Services staff members - You can an AC, RHC, and CA similar to the residence halls, these staff members are here to guarantee your success on-campus
Financial stability - Your payment, just like when living in the residence hall, is handled through the University, not a third-party, bank, or personal account

All residents have the opportunity to obtain a parking permit to park at the complex. These permits are available when commuter permit sales begin, typically in July, and are included in the cost of the housing contract. Permits must be obtained from the Office of Parking and Transportation.
Several of the rooms in 3x2 units will house our community aides (student leaders) and therefore will be unavailable for students to select for 2012-2013. These rooms include B319, C104, C304, C404, D104, D304, D404, E104, E304, E404, F119, and F319.
