Cardinal Court houses 894 undergraduate students (primarily sophomores, though juniors and seniors can request to live in, too) in 227 furnished apartments. It provides a unique opportunity to experience apartment-style living with the benefits of living in university-owned housing, including:

Higher security than off-campus living
Access to all University Housing Services staff members - You can an AC, RHC, and CA similar to the residence halls, these staff members are here to guarantee your success on-campus
Financial stability - Your payment, just like when living in the residence hall, is handled through the University, not a third-party, bank, or personal account
Cardinal Court Apartments include a variety of amenities to help students enjoy their time learning, working, and having fun. A few of the amenities students can enjoy include:
The laundry rooms in Cypress, Dogwood, and Evergreen Halls are located on the second and fourth floors of each building and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The cost is the same for the washer and dryer at $1.25 per cycle if you use coins or $1.10 per wash/dry cycle if you use your Redbird card. Either HE (high efficiency) or regular detergent may be used.
The on-line LaundryView Monitoring System shows which machines are available and how much time remains on them. You can also use the site to send you a text when your machine is done. Visit the site at www.laundryview.com to see more!
Birch and Fir Halls have in-unit laundry with no charge.
The manuals below can be checked as general guides, but a work order should always be filled out should something need maintenance. If you have any further questions, please contact the front desk.
All residents have the opportunity to obtain a parking permit to park at the complex. These permits are available when commuter permit sales begin, typically in July, and are included in the cost of the housing contract. Permits must be obtained from the Office of Parking and Transportation.
Several of the rooms in 3x2 units will house our community aides (student leaders) and therefore will be unavailable for students to select for 2012-2013. These rooms include B319, C104, C304, C404, D104, D304, D404, E104, E304, E404, F119, and F319.
